Next Steps

  • We all hope to improve our lives. While we often put much time and effort into this, improvement never leads to perfection. Regardless of best efforts, we can never reach perfection because of an ugly word – sin. We can never make up for our sins by self-improvement or doing good things.

Only by trusting in Jesus Christ as God’s gift of forgiveness can we be saved from sin’s penalty. As the creator of the universe, God has a plan for you and your life. He loves us and demonstrated that by sending His Son to live the perfect life we cannot and yet die the death of our sin that we deserved. God loves you, so He offers this free gift of salvation. It is your choice to receive this gift or not.

If you are ready to receive this gift, simply pray this prayer:

"Dear God, I admit that I’ve fallen short. I’ve sinned and need your forgiveness. I believe that Jesus lived, died, and rose again so that I could be connected to you. I confess you as my Lord and commit my life to You. Take my life and use it. Thank you, Jesus, for saving me. Amen."

Ephesians 2:8-10  |  For by grace you have been saved through faith; and that not of yourselves, it is the gift of God; not as a result of works, so that no one may boast. For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand so that we would walk in them.

  • Baptism is a public picture and an illustration of the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus Christ on our behalf. It serves as our outward manner of communication and celebration of our inward change based on the decision to receive God’s free gift of salvation.

Baptism is not necessary for salvation but is strongly associated with it, as it is an image of salvation and part of your testimony. If you have made the decision to follow Jesus and have not yet followed through with baptism, email us to take your next step.

Matthew 28:18-20  |   And Jesus came up and spoke to them, saying, “All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth. Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.”

  • Each week we gather in order to worship God, grow closer to Him, and learn how to live out His priorities. This gathering of believers is vital to your spiritual growth and experiencing all that God has in store for you. We believe you should commit to getting involved.
