Elder Candidates

The PCBC Elder Leadership Team, which governs the church body, is comprised of nine lay elders and the senior pastor. The lay elders are elected to three-year terms of service on a rotation basis with three elders rotating off each year. All elder candidates have been nominated and interviewed according to PCBC bylaw guidelines, which include but are not limited to meeting the qualifications set forth in 1 Timothy 3:1-7; Titus 1:5-9; and 1 Peter 5:1-4.
